Joseph Mutunga is an international evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience leading complex programme and policy evaluations for multilateral organisations, development banks and UN agencies.
His work spans Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe, with assignments funded by the European Union, the Green Climate Fund, the Adaptation Fund and United Nations agencies.
His expertise includes climate policy, governance, sustainable development, social policy, theory-based evaluation and mixed-methods research.
